The campaign so far
Rebecca Yarros’ team is running the Threshing Day game like the campaign it is: first the Threshing Day novella landed in late September 2026, then the official Dragonkind experience opened at dragonkind.com on October 1 — email login, Vale runs, and the 4:00 burn cooldown all live from day one. Within the first days, players across TikTok and Reddit were comparing dragon results, wings, and squads, and hunting the signet countdown hidden in the game’s screens. The pattern matches the rollout of the series itself: one piece at a time, each phase attaching to the same email login.
What each phase means
The Threshing is the core loop: you enter the Vale, your choices decide how dragons read you, and a dragon either bonds or burns you (with a 4:00 cooldown between attempts — see the retry timer). The signet phase is expected to attach a power to riders who have already bonded, the way signets manifest in the books after the bond channels magic through a rider. The final phase — whatever accompanies the next mainline book — has not been announced, and nothing in the official game names it yet.
